dryness, dissolution of the residue in the mobile
phase and analysis using polar solvents by LCUV,
showed better advantages of the former in
terms of sensitivity, selectivity and resolution.
Therefore, the proposed method for the PUHs
identification and quantitation in weed plants can
also be usefully applied to water and soil samples
that often contain residues of herbicides.
