Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
Make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.
Managing office expenditure and control the budget.
Organizing office operations and procedures; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
Monitor expenses and ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time (e.g. vendor payment, internal expense claims, and medical claims)
