With angle of heel whilst turning
1. Two sets of forces are involved, namely forces on the rudder and centrifugal forces.
2. If rudder helm is set to PORT, then final angle of heel will be to STARBD, and vice versa.
3. If KG is reduced by shifts in loading, then BG will decrease and GM increases. Consequently,
tan will decrease, and so angle of heel whilst turning will be LESS.d
