Good night Yuva.
Well, the new news here is how the protesters are now starting to protest. Apparently, protesting in
Thailand in now done by silently reading books in public. Groups no larger than five, and in places
not positioned to alarm the Military. The book, "1984" seems to be the popular book to read. Guess
I'll have to actually go get it and read it to try and understand this brand of protesting. It is certainly
different than the way they protest here. So the protesters, or at least some of them are beginning to
only work on peaceful methods of protest. It may take them longer to be heard, but they will eventually
be heard. It takes a lot of strength and fortitude to protest that way, but it is safer and liable to get
some positive responses back. There certainly is nothing new coming out of the military currently.
So we'll have to wait and see what is going to happen next. Just remember, under Marshall Law,
there is nothing to stop anyone from listening to your phone conversations, or read your emails.
So always think about your surroundings and who might be listening. Including to remind Mac
of the same thing. Enough of my rants for the day.
Work is boringly non confrontational these days. Probably good since there is so much going to
happen the rest of this year and next. Most of my week is spent working, picking up around the
house and cutting grass. And weeds! How I hate weeds and the summer sun.
Pleasant dreams and sleep well. Stay safe. Thinking about you always!
