Grate the chocolate.
Place the grated chocolate into a double boiler.
Add the milk.
Mix and cook until hot.
Add 1 pint cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to mixture in double boiler.
Chill.
Freeze in ice cream maker.
Whip remaining pint of cream until stiff.
Remove dasher from ice cream maker.
Fold in whipped cream.
Freeze until ready to serve.
