happiness is the happiness from being conscious, understanding the facts of the world, moral faith, and
correctly treating all creatures. Similarly, His Majesty the King’s royal guidance about a concept of the
happiness antecedents emphasizes that human self-reflection, which refers to exactly knowing his/her
own body and mind or thought, can be used for controlling him/herself to do the right things. When the
human-beings know and understand themselves exactly, they will experience the delicate happiness and
hope others to feel happy as well. This way of happiness is priceless and practicable.
The largest positively direct effect to the personal happiness was the self-esteem which
corresponds to the studies of Maslow (1970) and Barry (1988), and the theory of Deci and Ryan (1990).
Furthermore, the self-esteem also acting as the mediator between the learning supportive environment
and the personal happiness follows the study of Ames (1992) and Deci et al. (1991).
