As shown in Fig. 4A, the concentration
of allicin was lower in HRGE compared with FRGE
(1.12 ± 0.01 mg/g in HRGE versus 1.97 ± 0.1 mg/g in FRGE). Allicin
treatment (0.001–1 lg/mL) did not affect the cell viability
(Fig. 4B). Allicin treatment significantly decreased the LPS-induced
NO production in a dose-dependent manner (n = 4, p < 0.05,
Fig. 4C).
