Lisa and John discussed the matter for another fifteen minutes, during which time she learned that the five full time tellers are normally scheduled to work 40 hours per week. They work four 9 hour days and one 4 hour day (usually saturday ). On Saturday and at busy times during the week, the full timers are complimented by part time tellers , some of whom work in other areas of the bank during the week, and some of whom work for North Coast Bank only on Saturday. As they went through this in formation, John wondered if a different schedule might be better. Lisa learned that the daily summaries of teller cash tickets were on file for as far back as she would care to look. Beginning with January 2, 1989 , the daily totals were available in North Coast's computer files.
