From Monday to Friday
Guided visit to the Castle's gardens and historical ageing cellars followed by a guided tasting of
a selection of our best wines and lunch with gastronomic specialities prepared with raw
ingredients from the farm and other Tuscan excellences:
"Verrazzano Rosso" red Tuscan IGT – ham, wild boar salami, head cheese, crostino with lard
from the Greve Valley
Chianti Classico DOCG - pasta with sauce and herbs
Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG - grilled sausages and rosticciana (pork ribs) or roast loin of
pork or “stracotto al Chianti Classico” (depending on the season) with salad from the farm
garden and white beans or cheackpeas
“Supertuscan” IGT – a tasting of pecorino with “Balsamico Verrazzano”
Vinsanto “Il Canonico Lodovico” with cantuccini (almond cookies), coffee.
