Our most popular product is our line of macarons which have always been gluten-free. Each of our macaron recipes is slightly different depending on the flavor but the main ingredients are cane sugar, egg whites, Marcona almond flour and powdered sugar. For the mousseline filling the ingredients often include a preserve like strawberries depending on the flavor mixed with our French-style butter cream. And that’s it!
