the diets (Table 1). Fishmeal (20% of the diet) was used as the sole source
of animal protein in the control diet. Five experimental diets were formulated
by replacing 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% of the fishmeal with dried
GW (Table 1). All diets were formulated to be approximately isolipidic,
isoenergetic, and isonitrogenous. The diets were made into sinking pellets
(700–1000 μm) using a pellet machine, oven-dried at 60◦C, and stored for
later use at 4◦C.
