1. Find and screen candidates who are qualified for each assigned position
2. Collaborate with government sectors, job recruitment agency and schools/universities
3. Plan for an open booth, a workforce meeting and job fair
4. Monitor, handle and coordinate with advertisement in terms of jobs (Ex. online job advertisement, billboard, social media, and etc.)
5. Prepare candidates’ information, report in excel file, and proceed recruitment process
6. Announce job availability
7. Appoint an interview meeting
8. Negotiate with candidates in terms of salary and report to supervisor
9. Manage expenses and prepare an account
10. Responsible for monthly report which is taken to supervisor’s determination, including hiring, total applicants, pending, and etc.
Salary: 13,500 Baht + Commission
