Some mycological studies have shown thatPenicilliumis
associated with soil and plants [6,22] and its concentration
during the period of the move may have been associated with
the end of the construction activities around the new build-ing. Indeed, we already observed an increase in airborne
Penicilliumconidia in some units of Dijon University Hospital
in 2006. This phenomenon was explained by construction
activities and, particularly, woodcutting operations and
earth removal, which produced copious amounts of dust
[20] .
