23. Attend to operational problems, guest complaints, inquiries, requests and replies to guests’ correspondence.
24. Takes extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain consistently high standards of professional appearance.
25. Fulfill any other duties as requested by company director.
Educational Background
• Diploma or Degree, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
Professional Experience
• 3-5 years’ experience as a restaurant manager that managing not less than 15 staff in the premises
• Proven track record in cost and sales management
Key Competencies
• Excellent speaking, reading and writing proficiency in English and Thai language (Other language skills an advantage)
• A thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Well groomed and presentable
• An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft programs /POS Systems
• Experience in training and departmental organization
