Service team, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue on your flexibility of services to us on the matter of these refreshments (popcorn/softdrink), we are certainly a regular customer at your entertainment complex , and we expected you to design the groundwork policy to correspond to your value clients'need on these matters properly in the future as we have never had any problems with your services in the past and understand to adapt a change at your services.
However, we are relatively certain this was a no choice for us this time, but to accept what you and your team offered.
In the meantime, for such a case of this minor payment, you are also again not paying a good attention to us which is very disappoint on this matter, lastly, we are just hopefully to your professionally respond to the clients.
