Hello m-shaffon,
The "Failed Disbursement" that you see in your Reports > Payments > Transaction View section of Seller Central does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your account.
There are four reasons why you might not be paid:
1) You recently began selling on Amazon and your first settlement period has not concluded.
2) Your first settlement period has concluded but you do not have a positive account balance.
3) You provided no bank account information in Seller Central or the account information is not valid.
4) The credit card you have identified in your Seller Account is not valid.
Generally, Amazon Services first settles your account 21 days after you register your seller account.
Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 7 days. Each automatic weekly disbursement will reflect the net proceeds for orders you confirmed as shipped between 14 and 21 days prior to the disbursement date.
If you recently confirmed shipment of an order and see the "Failed Disbursement" reason in your Transaction View, this could mean that 14 days have not passed after confirming shipment of an order. After the initial hold period, we will automatically attempt to transfer funds to your bank account every settlement period.
