This week is the beginning of our sale and many customers have been waiting and holding the purchasing , so we got a very busy traffic. Moreover, we are promoting our ranking subfamily at priority area by presenting attractive price such as dress 1290, Bermudas 990, and t-shirt 390. Also, some subfamily such as out garment that have a heavy price cut are highlighted with before and after price sign to attract customers. However, we could not make positive sale due to this year our section have new opening store nearby resulting in lost amount of customers. Other than that, we found a problem of till that could not work properly in peak time so many customers decided not to pay our product anymore. For FW'15, we got a negative sale as we have limited space to display and customers pay so much attention to the sale items. Next week, we will try keeping SS'15 to be positive as we will receive more consolidation and revise floor plan following sale report. Also, we will try to rotate potential FW item with good price and focus more on customer service.
