Dear Khun Panida krub,
Please find the most recent update and some changes below krub. All information below supersede all earlier communication krub.
I had a discussion with my regional team about your requirements for the team in Thailand to be able to submit all payment types (Bahtnet, Outward TT, ACH and COS) as well as being able to download related WHT reports.
I was informed that it is the direction of your HQ to migrate all payment services from all accounts to the UK. But the good news is they will be giving you security tokens and access to the UK profile, which will allow you to work with payments in the same way you have been doing under the current HSBCnet profile. This will eliminate your concerns about ACH payroll as well as the pay-run transactions. The slight disadvantage is that each of you will be holding 2 security tokens - one to make payments and another to view collection reports (Bill Payment and Wholesale Lockbox).
The collection services and collection reports are also in the pipeline for migration to the UK profile as well, but not in the near future krub.
The next steps are;
1. HSBC TH to revise the agreement pack and resend to you for signing
2. For you to contact the project coordinator at your HQ asking for new security tokens and access to the UK profile and discuss any concerns you may have with the migration

The time line is also not as tight as were initially communicated also. The migration will not happen until, these items are ready krub;
1. The agreements are signed and in good orders
2. All of you have received security tokens to be use with the UK profile
3. The payroll file and supply payment file have been amended appropriately to match the UK profile
4. You can find a window of 10 working days, where ACH and COS payments will not be made during the migration blackout period
Thank you very much for your kind supports. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have further enquiries na krub.
