Co-evaluation
The insights that were formed from the initial
investigation stage are crucial steps in moving towards a
designed outcome. However as argued in this paper, it is
important for researchers to evaluate their insights and
themes to ensure that they are reflecting the true nature of
the design problem. After the insights and themes have
been captured, the working model suggests that the
researcher begin to create individual scenarios that show
the insight and theme in context. It is presented that end
users co-evaluate initial user research to ensure key
themes reflect the realities of the design problem.
