ob Description:
Coordinate with functional heads to create understanding on human resources management and development policies and to attend to issues or requirements within each function
Supervise development of short-term and long-term human resources management execution plan specific for each function, such as the execution of new performance management systems in each function, in order to determine the most timely and appropriate actions to be taken
Supervise the execution of human resource activities, for example, supporting data, revision of job descriptions, documentation preparation, for approval and any other processes related to human resources management and development, to ensure efficiency in a timely manner
Coordinate with relevant functions to come up with the solution to address specific human resources management and development issue raised from each function
Coordinate to acquire feedback to assess and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management and, development execution and service quality provided, in order to improve efficiency of operations and address issues or concerns
Coordinate with different functions to ensure understanding of concerns and situations in order to efficiently provide HR advices to serve their needs
Ensure understandability of all on-going human resource management and development frameworks, processes, tools, in order to support line managers in executing its activities, such as employees’ merit increase, promotions, and KPI development
Coordinate with line functions in regards to employees’ exit management (such as exit interviews), in order to ensure that line managers receive any support in regards to human resource practices
