News and Dome,
Let me have your answer about their comment.
1) poor response to our repeated requests to look at the output...
Can prove their requests were handled by Dome and you? Such as;
Copy of Line messages from/tom them
E-mails sent to them
Phone calls to their technician (I attach a copy of Phone Log Record from my phone, which I think you and dome can do the same: Phone number list => Log history => Find that person => See more(or All) records; then all the history of phone calls. Then screenshot of it and mail to me.)
How much to compensate:
1st, Excluding the inverter disconnected due to the Lan cable,
2nd, Choose one good string and let me know power generation data from monitoring for October 2015 and January 2016. January output must be less than October due to the dust in the air in dry season. Let's check how many % less in January. For example, 6%.
3rd, Refer to the attached and know the 76 modules to check => List up the strings including those moduels => Compare power generation data from monitoring for October 2015 and January 2016
4th, list up strings showing power generation decreased more than 6%. Those are the strings power decreased due to the shading by the Walls at the South. (; Shaded Strings)
Meantime, I will get the power generation invoice from MEA to them in October, Novermber, December and January => I will adopt the percentage to those Shaded Strings => Calculate the power generation loss => then multiply 6.16B/kWh to compensate that amount to them.
*Any other loss by dirty modules they did not clean is NOT our responsibility at all, which I will mak clear with them.
