The aim of this thesis was to design and build the infrared heater-temperature automatic control system for producing virgin coconut oil. It’s developed method by chilling and freezing process of fresh coconut milk for 2 hours while the thawing process in order to refine the oil with water boiling in 65-67 degree Celsius. The system was operated a water boiling process with an infrared heater that controlled operating via microcontroller. It can work well during 35-90 degree Celsius. It can be set the operating time overall 24 hours and controlled the appropriate water level gain if there was undesirable gain occur during process. The system is required the fresh coconut milk amount 32 litter in each operating.
