You can hardly go wrong with a recipe like this one! Not only is it super easy to whip up on the fly—it ensures a daily dose of veggies and even sneaks in some good fats and low fat protein too. Just wash and cut 1 bunch of celery, the combine low fat cream cheese with chopped green olives with pimento and add paprika and pepper to taste. I even pack them in my lunchbox!
