COMMUNITY RELATIONS AND PARTICIPATIONS (Appendix-C).
The CRO shall contact all local communities along the pipeline route to comply with Owner
specification requirement. Contractor shall inform all local administrations, communities and all involve
parties before, during and after finish working on site. Contractor will post a site and route maps on
notice boards for public announcement and viewing at each government and local authority office
identified as a target group. These notices will provide contact numbers for Owner and a Contractor
representative for public to express any concerns or complaints. Contractor will post a project sign at
the beginning and the end of each construction area. These sign will provide a contact numbers for
complaint.
The CRO is responsible for contacting affected parties’ activities at that location, particularly those
parties identified as being in sensitive area. CRO shall be submitting schedule plan, which in line with
construction activities to Owner. During all the construction period, Contractor should organize
community relation team to support Owner for the following aspect:
Prior starting construction on site, CR team of Contractor shall arrange People participation meeting
