Supporting Service Awareness project, gathering data and producing
documents
• Track stores service performance and other related data.
• Work closely with Academy team to produce service training documents.
• Work closely with Retail HR to effectively coordinate store trainings and
activities.
• Work with external vendors to negotiate and coordinate travel /
accommodations, workshop facilities and equipment.
• Work with Customer Insight unit to gather service information.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• At least 1 year experience in Store Operations
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Thai
• Service minded and customer focused
• Personal integrity and drive
• Strong computer literacy
