The purpose of research was to compare on science learning achievement andAnalyticaI Thinking through lntegrated lnstruction and lnquiry Process of Matthayomsuksa 4Students. The sampies used in this research were 90 Matthayomsuksa 4 students at Rattanagosinsompodladkrabang School, in the second semester of the 2010 academic year. They were divided into 2 group; the experimental group and control group wlth 45 students each. The experimental group was taught through lntegrated lnstruction; zwhereas the control group was taught lnquiry Process. The instruments used in this study were physics achievement test and the Analytical thinking test. The Randomized ControI Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used in this research. The data were analyzed by t-test for independent Difference Score, t-test for dependent Difference Score
The results of this study indicated that ;
1. The physics learning achievement between the students taught through
lntegrated lnstruction and lnquiry Process was significantiy difference at the .05 level. 2. The physics learning achievement between the students taught through
lnquiry Process was significantly difference at the .01 level.
3. The physics learning achievement between the students taught through
lntegrated lnstruction significantiy difference at the .01 level.
4. The AnalyticaI Thinking between the students taught through lntegrated
lnstruction and lnquiry Process was not significantly difference.
5. The AnalyticaI Thinking between the students taught through
lntegrated lnstruction was significantiy difference at the .01 level.
6. The AnalyticaI Thinking between the students taught through
lnquiry Process was significantly difference at the .01 level.
