Dear Khun Siriporn,
Refer to our recent order of 200 gm Benzalkonium Chloride batch no. BCBP1900V that we commented improper condition of transportation as below mail, which may risk to quality of cargo. Please see attached file.
After receiving your cargo, we used 115 gm of this batch in production line and found later that the FG test result of assay by HPLC is different from those using other batches of your Benzalkonium Chloride supplied previously. Please see table shown below.
In addition, our QC reported that HPLC test of FG Assay normally shows 2 peaks ; C12 homolog and C14 homolog (See picture of FG using batch No. BCBG1574V and BCBL1502V). But for batch no. BCBP1900V, the monograph shows only peak of C12 homolog without peak C14 homolog. According to HPLC monograph, the structure composition of batch no. BCBP1900V is abnormal. So, our Production stop using batch no. BCBP1900V in our production line and our QC rejected due to non-compliance of quality based on HPLC monograph. Due to this, we claim for replacement.
