Our client is a joint venture company between Thailand and Japan. The company was established in Thailand in 2008 and trades traction and industrial batteries. Our client now requires a suitable candidate for the position of Service Engineer.
Job Description:
•Assisting the General Manager by providing professional technical assistance and service to customers related to industrial battery business.
•Maintaining existing customers and developing long-term partnerships in order to increase the sales volume as well as customer loyalty.
•Being in charge of the day-to-day sales activities of the company’s products and participating in product development.
•Advising the Sales & Marketing Manager on new business opportunities, market trends, etc.
•Creating value-added demand for products and for the company’s suppliers.
•Building and fostering strong and solid relationships with key customers.
•Making presentations to clients.
•Performing any other duties and responsibilities as and when required/assigned by management.
Qualifications:
•Male or female, aged not over 35 years old.
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics).
•2 years or more related working experience (Battery industry is a plus).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good command of English.
•Proven track record in sales development of new markets and new products.
•Advanced skills in Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point are essential.
