Providing basic secretarial and administrative assistance to your supervisor, including typing, editing and proofing reading paper works, screening all incoming calls and e-mails from clients and external sources, taking and informing day-to-day agendas, scheduling appointments, making conference and travel arrangements.
Providing business support, i.e. preparation of day-to-day correspondence, and others as required.
Keeping and organizing office/client records through soft and hard copy filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, updating and destruction.
Other general supports in communication and liaison with others within and outside the organization.
