Well clearly we are very much in the wrong, and once again I offer my sincerest apologies in order to make amends and to show you how much we value your patronage I have asked Khun Chainarong to personally come to your office with our Kisso manager and hand deliver a certificate for a luncheon or dinner for four persons in the hope that you might give us another chance and to let you experience the difference in attitude of our associates.
Khun Chainarong will be calling you to set an appointment to come to see you, and I hope that when you make the reservation I am personally here to greet you and offer my apologies.
Thank you again for bringing this matter to my attention and I look forward to seeing you very soon.
