Hubbard et al. (2002) believe that knowledge leadership, apart from processing the ability to establish predictable and stable processes, needs to encourage innovation and creativity. Therefore, the knowledge leaders must have a sound understanding of people , processes, systems and business principle which shape business decision in the organization (Debowski,2006)
Knowledge leadership is basic on relationship building, whit a need to constantly network, listen and act on messages received from others around (Kouzes and Posner, 2002).
