Kindly be informed that after we brought them on site by our workers and inspection, all the damage area which not more effect to our mass production then our QC accept all. So I mean that we don’t claim for the damage goods.
But it caused a lot of cost such as inbound process which need to re-processed and start clearance at Leam Chabang, Cost of our worker & truck which need to bring the goods on site, etc. Anyhow, I’ve inform Patcha to collect all the cost and show March in order to pass to you in order to discuss with your forwarder.
Meanwhile, we appreciated for the insurance agent , K. Prayat, very much due to he made a great cooperation with us till the goods on site. Actually, the local agent or shipping line should give us but they didn’t. Such as on 16th June, I and QC supervisor together with K.Prayat need to wait for them around 3-4 hrs. due to the shipping line don’t change the document status for us. If they didn’t change then our shipping can’t open the container. In the same time, Patcha also tried to call them many and many time then they will took her call.
