Tentacular sucker rings with 20-22 sharp teeth. Male left Arm Ⅳ hectocotylized. Distal half of the arm transformed into a double row of fleshy papillae. Luminous organ present on ink sac. L. sibogae Adam, 1954 is a synonym. South China Sea, southward to northern Australia and the Indian Ocean.
