Responsibilities:
• Report to Assistant Manager, HR
• Assist in recruitment sourcing, interview arrangement, and new hire process
• Champion on general employee welfare and engagement administration such as insurances, provident fund, social security, annual health check-up and other HR initiatives
• Coordinate with immigration consultant in work permit and visas applications for expatriate employees
• Coordinate training matters and update training records
• Maintain and update HR records
• Support in ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Studies or relevant studies
• 1-3 years of working experience in HR function. Experience in MNC and consultancy firm will be an advantage
• Proficient in both English and Thai (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Service-minded, Strong interpersonal skill, and Team player
• Positive working attitude, and able to work under pressure
• All applicants must have TOEIC scores of 700 or above
