I refer to your original room reservation reserved for stay on 13 to 14 Jun at Fragrance Hotel – Rose. In view of the upcoming renovation works at the said hotel, you had been notified that you shall be relocated to my sister outlet, Fragrance Hotel – Balestier, located just next door, in the next wing. That said, please find enclosed the confirmation hotel voucher and present it to the Front Desk Staff for your check in on your arrival day.
I also understood that you had made a duplicate booking and had paid the additional charge of SGD80 for the room booking. As such, the hotel shall be providing this refund and you shall be expected to receive it in your account in 4 weeks.
