REQUIRED DOCUMENTS :
The applicants must submit the following relevant documents depending on the purpose of their visit.
Basic Documents requires by all types of Non-Immigrant Visa.
Visa application form completely filled out Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months and its copy
Two (2) recent 2 x 2 inches photographs (taken within the past 6 months)
Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family)

Non-Immigrant Type B
Official Note certifying the purpose of travel from the Government Agencies /Embassies and Consulates / International Organizations / State Enterprises in Thailand. ("F" / "B" / "ED" / "M" / "R")
Letter from a company stating the objective of the visit to Thailand
Document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand.
Letter of invitation from companies qualified to employ foreigners.
Employment contract indicating rationale for hiring the applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualifications (document must be signed by authorized managing director and affixed the seal of the company)
Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (only in case the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom )
Copy of corporate documents; namely
1) list of shareholders
2) business registration and business license
3) company profile
4) details of business operation
5) list of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions
6) map indicating the location of the company
7) Balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and BusinessTax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year
8) Alien income tax return (Por Ngor Dor 91) and
9) Value-added tax registration (Por Ngor Dor 20), etc.
Copy of educational records of the applicant and letters of recommendation from the prior employers, identifying job description and length of service time.
Document indicating the number of foreign tourists (for tourism business only),or document indicating export transactions issued by banks (for export business only)
One Stop Service Centre for Visas and Work Permits :
1. The One Stop Service Centre for Visas and Work Permits was established on 1 July 1997 by authority of the Regulations of the Office of Prime Minister promulgated on 30 June 1997. The objective of this centre is to simplify visa extension and permit issuance procedures to create a
good investment environment. It aims to facilitate applications of visa extension and work permits
(e.g., stay permission, re-entry permit, work permit). The Centre is located on Chamchuree Square Building, Floor 18th, Phatumwan, Bangkok.
2. Foreigners who are eligible to apply for visa extension and work permits at the One Stop Service Centre are:
(1) Foreigner who is an executive or expert with privileges accorded to them by the following laws:
- Investment Promotion Act B.E. 2520 (1977)
- Petroleum Act B.E. 2514 (1971)
- Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand Act B.E. 2522 (1979)
(2) Foreigner who is an investor.
- If investing not less than 2 million Baht, he or she will be granted a 1 year permit.
- If investing not less than 10 million Baht, he or she will be granted a 2 year permit.
(3) Foreigner who is an executive or expert.
- Foreigner’s associated company should be registered with capital or possess asset
of not less than 30 million Baht.
(4) Foreigner who is member of the foreign press must present a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a copy of an ID Press Card issued by the Department of Public Relations.
(5) Foreigner who is a researcher or developer on science and technology.
(6) Foreigner who is employed in a branch office of an overseas bank, foreign banking
office of an overseas bank, provincial foreign banking office of an overseas bank or a representative office of foreign bank in which all offices are certified by the Bank of
Thailand.
(7) Foreigner who works on the necessary and urgent basis for a period of no longer than 15 days.
(8) Foreigner who is an official of the representative office for foreign juristic persons
concerning the International Trading Business and Regional Office of Transnational Corporation in accordance to the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999).
(9) Foreigner who is an expert on information technology.
(10) Foreigner who works at regional operating headquarters.
Non-Immigrant Type ED
Transcript/Letter of acceptance from the concerned schools/universities or institutes
Official Note certifying the purpose of travel from the Government Agencies /Embassies and Consulates / International Organizations / State Enterprises inThailand. ("F" / "B" / "ED" / "M" / "R")
Non-Immigrant Type IB
Letter from Thailand's Board of Investment.
Non-Immigrant Type O
Birth Certificate (applicant's child)
Certificate of Marriage or its equivalents (if married to Thai national)
a copy of marriage certificate,a copy of Thai passport/a copy of Thai ID of spouse and (3 months bank statement showing monthly income of more than £1,400 anuually.)
An official recommendation letter from organization perform voluntary job in Thailand (for volunteer job)
Pension statement if the applicant is a pension earner.
Non-Immigrant Type O- A
Proof of income with a minimum of £1,400.00 per month or £1,400.00 or £16,500 anuually

Non-Immigrant Type F , M , and R

Remarks:
Passport holders of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Sudan, Algeria, Libya, Yemen, Egypt and Palestinian States are requested to file an application at the Thai Embassy/Consulate-General where they have their permanent residence.
Passport holders of Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Sudan, Algeria, Palestine, Yemen, and Egypt are requested to file an application at the Thai Embassy/Consulate-General where they have their permanent residence.
The document to be submitted for non-immigrant visa application is contingent upon necessities and appropriateness of purposes stated in the application form.
Consular officers reserve the rights to request for additional documents as deemed necessary.
Copies of company documents must be signed by Board of Directors and affixed the seal of the company.
In the absence of a required document, a letter indicating the unavailability of such document must be provided
The applicant must sign on each page of the copy
Documents in foreign languages must be translated in Thai. If translated into English, it should be notorized by notary organs or the applicant's diplomatic/ consular mission.

VALIDITY OF A VISA :
- Single entry: 3 months (you must enter Thailand within the validity of visa from the date of issue)
- Multiple entry: 1 year (you must enter Thailand on your final visit before expiry of the visa from the date of issue)
VALIDITY OF A STAY :
The holders of this type of visa are initially granted a period of stay in the Kingdom not exceeding 90 days unless otherwise instructed by the Office of Immigration Bureau.
EXTENSION OF STAY :
Those qualified persons can obtain an additional one year stay permit counting from the date of entry in the Kingdom pertaining to the Office of the Immigration Bureau's regulations on extension of stay. The extension of stay is at the discretion of the Immigration officer.
N.B. Applicants wishing to stay in the Kingdom longer than 90 days, have to file their application either at the Thai consular mission aboard or at the Office of Immigration Bureau in Bangkok located on Soi Suan Plu, off South Sathorn Road,Bangkok 10120 , Tel (662) 287-3101-10 (or website at http://www.immigration.go.th) . The consular officer must refer the case to the Office of Immigration Bureau for approval. Upon receiving approval, the consular officer may issue the visa as instructed by the Bureau.
