1. Only trained personnel familiar with this Operation and Maintenance Manual is authorised to operate independently the machine tool.
2. The following shall be checked before the machine tool is started up:
• Initial condition of the mechanisms,
• Condition of protective & control equipment,
• Condition of lubricating equipment,
• Proper setting of the servicing elements (hand-wheels, switches, levers, etc.),
• Suitable mode of the machine tool operation.
3. Before the machine tool is started up, all doors of control cabined shall be closed.
4. Use suitable guarding or protections against chips.
5. The machine tool operator should wear a closely fitted protective suit.
6. Before the machine tool is started up, make sure it will not cause any accident of third persons.
7. Neither operator's head nor his hands shall approach any of the elements being in motion.
8. In case of incorrect operation, the machine tool shall be switched off and a superior shall be reported.
9. Clamping of the workpieces to be machined on the machine tool shall be reliable in order to prevent the workpiece from tearing out under the influence of the cutting forces.
10. Any cleaning, repairing, adjusting and/or lubricating of the machine tool shall be curry out only after the main switch is off.
11. The area around the machine tool shall be kept clean.
12. Any kind of mechanisms or wiring repairs, for example replacement of the fuse inserts, can be carried out only by authorized personnel and strictly after the machine tool power supply is disconnected.
13. During everyday maintenance actions, adjustments, settings or repairs, a danger notice „DO NOT SWITCH ON” stall be suspended on the main switch protected with a padlock
