It seems like the people that we are supervising are
"pass the buck" artists; they like to blame the opposite
crew, the other shifts or the Maintenance crew.
If you want your people to take responsibility, you need
to be clear with yourself and with them that
responsibility is not a burden or obligation. It is simply
the ability to respond , and the ability to do something.
