Problem Description:
Interface ports not working on the switch. Flashing LED even when nothing is connected. Failing to come up with different devices.
Action Taken:
Checked with different devices on the interface and checked logs. Ports 1, 2 and 4 are not coming up.
Resolution Summary:
Issue isolated to be with hardware. Sent details for creation for RMA. But as per you e-mail your SmartNet has expired and you wanted to proceed with case closure without the RMA.
