Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated working experience as HR Generalist in managerial level focus on Recruitment and Employee Relations fields.
- Familiar with FMCG, Logistic, and Retail Business are preferred.
- Understand company's business operations and identify critical HR success factors.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Have labor law knowledge, pro-active, interpersonal skills, service oriented and organization skills.
- Able to travel among client sites and mobile office.
