Have you informed the customer that you just found what the broken spare part can change with the cheaper price either Theera trading or Bio-rad?
And all of communication before that we have to sell the same price either Bio-rad or Theera trading, have you informed customer about that?
Why the customer need you to support , did you know the reason? Are you sure that you did not consider about that ?
We have to work with the distributor and improve their competency, we need to cooperation with them. Do not destroy them, I hope you understand the point.

LSG Thailand have just only P' Komkrit who have the competency to fix the machine for us, please try to develop our distributor's FSE as much as you can.
