After discuss with my Boss, we will consider to not collect the cancellation charge in order keep their remain bookings but shipper must follow up on our SOP (Standard of procedure) if there may have the cancellation in future shipments.
**Any postponement or cancellation shipment must be inform us before CY and CFS date at least 2 days in advance as mentioned clearly on the booking confirmation otherwise the penalty charge at THB 1000/cntr will be incurred and charged to your account.
