I propose you to replace all your 37 MFPs because you can enjoy cost down for all 37
when the lease contracts expire.
1st Priority of replacement will be the following 16 MFPs which contracts expire on March 31st maximum
considering below 1)2)3) .
(13 MFPs at KIT, 2MFPs at KCT (Phitsanulok S/O & CR) and a MFP at KCP(14th Floor))
As for 1) output verification of PC(MS Office related), SAP related and applications
common in Asia will be done in Japan,
though the output verification of Thai original applications should be done in Thailand.
1stly confirmation sheet for Thai original applications will be sent to your IT manager (Anucha-san) later.
And then I will propose 2nd replacement plan for another 21 MFPs.
