The Director of Information Technology will oversee the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout the firm, working closely with advocacy staff to assess and address user and law practice needs. Areas of responsibility include the full range of information systems and telecommunications activities, including determining user requirements, recommending practical solutions, and leading firm-wide efforts to improve the effective use of technology. This position reports to the Deputy Director for Operations and supervises all IT Unit employees. Other principal working relationships include the Executive staff, Chief and Supervising attorneys, all system users, and vendors and consultants.
