- It should be possible to define the management system by means of limited number of measurable dimension;
-Such dimensions should have closer relationships to end-result variables such as productivity and employee satisfaction than other organizational dimensions;
-Efficient procedures and instruments to measure these key organizational dimensions should be available; and
