Responsibilities:
Ensure that all salary structures and data, job descriptions, compensation tools, administrative guidelines and grades are up to date.
Set pay and reward strategies and create all C&B program to balance internal and external equity as well as driving business strategies.
Lead change management and communication to for new or changes to the existing compensation and benefit programs.
Participate in C&B survey from corporate and local to develop compensation and rewarding program to motivate staff performance and candidate.
Recommend adaptations of the Corporate C&B programs for more effective impact, implementation, compliance with local norms/practices and acceptance and ensure successful implementation
Monitor & Control Salary and C&B Budget.
Advise HR related on salary recommendation on hiring and promotion according to guidelines.
Qualifications:
Age not over 37 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field
At less 5-10 years’ experience in C&B Management.
Possess good HRM Knowledge, planning, organizing and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions.
Strong leadership with analytical skills, result oriented and a systematic philosophy,
High energy level, ability to multitask, establishes priorities, work independently.
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks in a demanding and fast paced environment
Good English and computer literacy.
