An IAQ audit methodology consists of observing the thermal comfort and development of ventilation parameters for the ter- tiary institutional buildings developed [3]. Additionally, microbial counts, dust particles and concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (Co), formaldehyde (HCHO) and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) were measured. The results of this study were useful to develop a set of guidelines for IAQ database in institutional buildings in Singapore.
