In short, we want to open food outlet where we will be selling all sort of Churros (spanish doughnuts), chocolate dips and "gourmet sandwiches". Our idea, is to open at least 4 to 5 shops in 18 months time. Based on the different scenarios, the shops will be adjusted to what is offered, however our standard and ideal shop will be an area from 40 to 70 sqm (cooking area, warehouse and sitting area inclusive). You will see different shop concepts in the attached presentation. Also, and very important, the Chef running the show, has opened successfully 7 outlets in 12 months (all with profit reinvestment) in one Asian country as well as two top spanish restaurants. Looking for new challenges, he has joined our project as a partner and as a Chef to develop same concept in Thailand under a different brand.
