1. If the seller doesn't respond to your cancellation request:
please note the order will be cancelled automatically when the processing time is run out
If the seller doesn't respond to your dispute:
please note the dispute will be refunded as your request if the seller doesn't respond within 5 days
2. Check if the sellers are in different time zone from yours. If so, their response will be delayed as they may in rest.
3. If you contacted seller via ’Contact Now' button, please check the seller's reply in Message Center and message history in order details.
You may try other contact methods to contact as some sellers may take other method as preference.
4. If you have not received goods or the goods you received are not as described, you can open dispute within Buyer Protection time.
