Training
16 The Warehouse shall establish a training program for all employees (full time, part time, and temporary staffs).
17 The training program shall provide training to new employees prior to their starting work.
18 All employees shall have annual training on the topics of GMPs, Integrated Pest Management, Food Safety and Allergen Control (if performing rework).
19 The training program will include technical and work related training such as procedures for inspection of incoming/outgoing truck inspections, inventory control practices such as FIFO/FEFO, handling of non-conforming product, handling of product returns, performance of line clearance (if handling rework), and etc.
20 The Warehouse shall provide visitors and contractors with site specific training, as necessary (i.e., GMPs) prior to performing any job tasks that may affect product safety or quality.
21 All training records shall be documented and signed by both the trainee and trainer.
